The total floor area to be kept clean is approximately 40,700 m2. The total number of m2 of window cleaning meas ured on both sides is approximately 21,800 m2. Due to the expiring Agreement, the obligation to tender for the Contract at European level, the efficient use of public funds and the wish of the Contracting Authority to conclude one Agreement with one Contractor (per lot) for the Client's location(s), it has been decided to start this Tender Procedure.
