Description - Description: This is an appropriated fund requirement for non-personal one-timeservice contractors to provide leak repair for the Trisonic Wind Tunnel Air Tank at the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA). The Government shall not exercise any supe rvision over contractor personnel. Contractor personnel shall be accountable solely to the primary contractor who in turn is responsible to the Government. The Dean of Faculty Department of Aeronautics (DFAN) has a requirement to repair leaks in the air supply tanks for the Trisonic Wind Tunnel. These tanks hold air at pressures up to 600 psi, so a proper seal of the tanks is a critical safety issue. Should the tanks fail, severe property damage,
