Description - Description: THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The work of this project consists of replacing the existing four (4) non-functional HVAC units with four (4) new HVAC units at Building 14a at the VAMC West Haven. The units will be exterior wall mounted and provide minimum 3-Ton cooling capacity and 67,500 BTU gas heat. The electrical voltage of these units will be 230/208V single phase power. All available utilities will be available for connection for these new units. The existing HVAC units will be removed and disposed of properly as part of this work.
