Description - Description: Notice of Intent to Sole Source National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) Energy Zone Exhibit and Energy Show. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Department of Energ y (DOE), NETL intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Carnegie Science Center for the Energy Zone Exhibit and Energy Show within the Carnegie Science Center’s Exploration Station exhibit for a base period of one-year plus up to four one-year option periods. The Carnegie Science Center is the premier science education institution in the Pittsburgh region and is uniquely aligned with NETL’s mission to promote STEM education
