Description - Description: The acquisition shall be the subject of a framework organization in accordance with this invitation to tender and the Annex to the invitation to tender. The service to be purchased is described in Annex 1 Service Description. The subscri bers are the Helsinki Metropolitan Area City Transport Oy (urban traffic) and the City of Espoo. Subscribers make their own separate procurement decisions and separate contracts. Urban traffic represents the City of Espoo in matters relating to the services under the agreement. The anticipated VAT value of the acquisition throughout the contract period, including any options, shall be approximately EUR 1,300,000, of which urban transport accounts
