Description - Description: Chicken• Chicken meat should be chilled, fresh, without head and internal organs, cleaned.• Organoleptically (color, odor, consistency, etc.) satisfactory.• Weight of each chicken from 1.0 kg to 1.5 kg;• Chicken meat shelf life s hould be 48 hours after the slaughter is finished. +2 - +4 C under temperature regime. (Chicken meat should be not more than 30 % or 14 hours when taking the chicken);• Chicken meat should be packed and properly labeled in the slaughterhouse (the label should be shut down and the date of slaughter).• Transportation should be carried out with a specialized machine-refrigerator (refrigerator) where storage temperature ( +2- +6 degrees Celsius)
