Description - Description: The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF) has a requirement for a multiple award Tug Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as described in the attached BPA Statement of Work (SOW) and BPA Terms and Conditions. The objective of this BPA is to provide towing services to the SBRF, General Anchorage #26, located in Benicia, California, to accomplish intra-fleet ship moves within the anchorage, mooring maintenance by adjusting or deploying anchors and chains to/from ships, and the movement of barges around the anchorage.
