Description - Description: Provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) handling the import and export of Defense Transportation System (DTS) sponsored and non-sponsored cargo through Packer Avenue and Tioga Marine Terminals located in Philadelphia, P ennsylvania. These two strategic northern seaports are located on the Delaware River, Packard (under the Walt Whitman Bridge), and Tioga located just south of the Betsy Ross Bridge.
