Description - Description: The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Janteq Corporation, 5340 Barranca Pkwy, Irvine CA 92618 for the acquisition of Janteq’s Super Sector Antenna Bundle (Version 3). See Attachment 1 for the Schedule. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed in Attachment 1 to this notice may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price contract. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion
