Description - Description: This Contract will provide services for the Maintenance of Boilers, Burners, Heating, Ancillary Equipment and Gas Infrastructure at 18 Sites.The SPS has a wide range of equipment which is utilised to provide a suitable living and working environment within SPS properties by providing heating and hot water. The Services include:Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of Equipment and any resulting repairs due to faults discovered during a PPM visit (such repairs will be referred to as remedial repairs);Reactive maintenance (24hrs per day, 7 days per week) in the event of Equipment or associated component break down;Remedial works to carry out any worksTest all gas pipework at each
