Description - Description: This posting is strictly a pre-solicitation notice. 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) /Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Bavaria intend to issue a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Requirements (Firm Fixed Price), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for Snow and Ice Control Services at USAG Bavaria - Vilseck (Rose Barracks) and Grafenwoehr (Tower Barracks). This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The period of performance is expected to start 1 November 2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with four (4) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.21
