Description - Description: Aberdeen City Council intends to employ an organisation to undertake Single Building Assessment of 22 over-clad, high-riseblocks in Aberdeen. These assessments are to conform to the requirements of the Scottish Government’s ‘’Singl e Building AssessmentSpecification Document’’, June 2024. For 20 of these blocks the ownership of these blocks is shared between the Council and a number of private owners.
