Description - Description: The contracting authority intends to purchase the services of a registered or authorized fund administrator as an AFIA or which will be registered as AFIA (the alternative investment administrator - "the fund administrator") according to Directive 2011/61/EU (DAFIA), for implementation of the financial instrument called "Risk Capital Fund", funded by the Center "2021-2027. The services that are the object of the purchase are detailed in the specifications.The contracting authority reserves the right to award the purchase contract on the basis of the initial offers that will be submitted by the selected candidates, without negotiation, in accordance with the provisions of art. 82
