Description - Description: This concession is the subject of a group agreement of granting authorities signed between the municipalities of Elancourt, Guyancourt, La Verrière, Magny-les-Hameaux, Trappes, Voisins le Bretonneux and Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines.
