Description - Description: The State of California, Department of General Services, Procurement Division (DGS-PD) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to cover the requirements of the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for Sand and Cinders, De- icing. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be mandatory for Caltrans and available for use by participating local agencies.The term of any contract resulting from this solicitation will run through August 27, 2028. The contract will contain two (2) extension options for one (1) year or portion thereof.
