Description - Description: The Contractor will support the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration’s (MARAD) Office of Marine Financing (OMF) with a Market Research and Risk Assessment Database Product. OMF is charged with managing the F ederal Ship Financing Program, authorized by 46 U.S.C. Chapter 537 (“Title XI”).
