Description - Description: The United States Coast Guard (USCG) is conducting market research to assess the availability and suitability of U.S. built and designed Offshore Supply Vessels (OSVs) that could be purchased and/or leased to support near-term mission op erations in the Gulf of America and Caribbean Sea.
