Description - Description: VDAB is looking for a contractor to replace the slat ceiling in the VDAB building in Ypres with a new tile ceiling to be installed. The work includes the outbreak of the existing slat ceiling and replacing it with a new tile ceiling with metal ceiling system and stamp tiles based on rock wool. For the detailed description of the works to be performed and the technical requirements that the new ceiling to be installed, reference is made to Title 3, the technical provisions of this specifications. During the execution of the works, the building remains in service and the noise and dust nuisance must be reduced to a minimum. Lighting fixtures will also be replaced during the works.
