Description - Description: This project will replace the outside air damper for AHU 1 & 2, install a modulating actuator on AHU 1 & 2 outside air damper. Install an outdoor air humidity and outside air temperature sensor to AHU 1 & 2. Replace AHU2 supply fan motor and VFD to match the new 15hp motor. Replace AHU 3 DX cooling coil with a chilled water coil that meets the existing coil specs. Install new black iron chilled water piping from AHU3 to connect to existing chilled water loop. Install a new modulating 3-way valve at AHU3 chilled water coil. Install two new chilled water pumps with new electrical disconnects and starters in AHU 1 & 2 mechanical room. Replace damaged AHU 3 duct and insulation. Repl
