The “Handa Isle” is a twelve-metre fibreglass fishing vessel rigged with a vivier tank, built in 1989. The vesse l model is Aquastar and is mainly used for crab fishing. It is powered by a 6lxdt Gardner engine It measures 11.7 metres in length with a breadth of 4.99 metres and a depth of 1.55 metres. It has a gross tonnage of 14.76 tonnes. The Vessel is to undergo an extensive refurbishment and modernization project commencing in June/July 2025 with a required completion date of end September 2025.
