Description - Description: Project: Reactive Chip Drum Stabilization Project at Y-12 National Security Complex, Oak Ridge, Tennessee Introduction: Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC (CNS) is seeking interested parties to contract for the deactivation and stabiliza tion of a population of approximately 200 55-gallon drums of fines consisting of comingled lithium, beryllium-contaminated, painted stainless, and depleted uranium chips and turnings. CNS prefers to contract with one entity capable of performing the activites generally outlined herein.
