The subject of the order is the purchase of Jet A-1 aviation fuel, with CN code 2710 19 21, together with the release of the ordering authority to the car tanks in Poland. The fuel will be received by the customer's own transport (tan ks) in a place approved by the Customs and Tax Office for the issue of fuel exempt from excise duty, within the meaning of the Act of 6 December 2008 on excise tax (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 126).
