Description - Description: The Union of Educational Municipalities OSAO requests offers from one (1) electric wheelchair. The acquisition is carried out as part of the Robosotelab project, robotics and intelligent technology in social and health care. The project is funded by the Northern Ostrobothnia Association from the JTF Fund and The City of Oulu and coordinated by Oulu University of Applied Sciences. The Association of Educational Municipalities OSAO acts as a partial implementer in the project.The acquisition of an electric wheelchair is the purchase of an electric wheelchair at Osao's Kontinkangas unit.
