Description - Description: The Police and Crime Commissioner for South Wales requires a Grounds Maintenance service across its Force areas that includes small, localised police stations to large multi occupancy buildings located throughout South Wales. There are a lso properties at Police Headquarters and Unit 2 that require specific habitat management.
