Description - Description: ScopeDescriptionThe fundamental purpose of the Contract is to seek a service provider that can provide access to a facility that is operational and can provide a reliable, effective and satisfactory service for the processing and recycli ng of dry mixed recyclables which will include a minimum 75-80% recycling with 100% diversion from landfill requirement.
