Description - Description: The operation consists of the construction of a departmental sports house on the Oudairies island site in La Roche sur Yon, comprising several floors, furnished in offices, meeting rooms, storage areas, a reception and exhibition hall, t he whole for a floor area estimated at around 4,500 m2. This new building should accommodate 35 sports committees in addition to the CDOS Vendée, and the Sport-Santé house, (an equivalent of 70 permanent employees), and allow the reception of the public, especially within its various meeting rooms and its exhibition/reception hall.
