Description - Description: The purpose of the procurement is to acquire a secure and flexible dry storage solution for interim storage of spent nuclear fuel (the "Solution") in line with the current IAEA guidelines (see Appendix E), which allows for the extraction , loading, transportation, inspection and relocation of the spent nuclear fuel from the Kjeller Facility and the Halden Facility. Reference is made to the description in Appendix A.The main element of the contractor’s scope of work consists of developing the Solution in such a way that NND is granted a license for the Storage Facility in accordance with the Nuclear Energy Act Section 4 which includes the Solution as part of the licensed concept
