The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center proposes to acquire, under single source repair services for Gartner Licenses Subscription. In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System, AMS 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source when it is determined to be in the best interest of the FAA.
