Description - Description: This is the active solicitation for the Parts and Repair Ordering System 7 (PROS 7). PROS 7 is intended as a single-award IDIQ with a $4.3B ceiling and will use a mix of Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost (No fee), and Incentives.
