Description - Description: Organization of a Transport on Demand service ("door to door" zonal service, upon reservation) throughout the territory of the Osartis-Marquion community of communes and, on the outskirts of the territory towards certain identified healt h centers in neighboring territories, from January 1, 2026. Service exclusively reserved for people aged over 60, losing their autonomy and people with reduced mobility over 18 years of age and/or in a situation disabled over 18 years old. Single-award framework agreement, with purchase orders, for a period of one year (1), from the date of notification to the holder. It is tacitly renewable a maximum of 3 times per successive period of one year
