Description - Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, Acquisition and Grants Office, Eastern Acquisition Division, intends to award a sole source contract to FLYHT, Inc. The purpose of this sole source contrac t is to procure Water Vapor Sensing System II (WVSS-II) sensors.
