Description - Description: The purpose of the special notice to issue a notice of intent for a sole source award to MacVector Inc. for Software Licenses, Maintenance and Support. This acquisition will allow renewal of the MacVector licenses for maintenance and sup port of existing licenses and purchase of additional licenses, as needed, during the base and option periods of the contract.
