Description - Description: The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to issue a noncompetitive contract to Lotek Wireless Inc, 115 Pony DR, Newmarket, On, L3Y 7B5, Canada. The contract is for the purchase of 20 Lotek LITETRACK IR CAM S+ Iridium Satellite collars with video cameras.
