Description - Description: The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has a worldwide mission to ensure a continued supply of products to the National Defense Stockpile (NDS). This requirement is for DLA to acquire Niobium Metal Ingots for DLA Strategics Materials. The ac quisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15 procedures.
