Description - Description: The Canada Community-Building Fund (CCBF) is a federal program that provides predictable, long-term, stable funding for local governments. In Alberta, the delivery of the CCBF is governed through an agreement between Canada and Alberta, and through agreements between Alberta and each eligible local government.
