Description - Description: In order to meet the investment needs of the 37 member municipalities, Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole wishes to launch a mixed framework agreement, to order form and with subsequent markets, in matters of rainwater and dry networks (public lighting, low voltage, telecommunications .). It is a framework agreement broken down into 2 lots, multi-attributes, in order orders and subsequent markets with a maximum amount.
