Description - Description: The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, and equipment to remove existing monument information plaque, restore information plaque, excavate area, form, pour and install new concrete pad, form and pour in place new mon ument base and re-install restored information plaque. The contractor shall excavate designated area as per Attachment 2. All excavated material shall be set aside for finish grading after pad and monument are complete. The area of excavation for the 20 x 20 pad as per Attachment 3 be deep enough to allow for a 6-inch thick 20 ft by 20 ft concrete pad to have a minimum of 5 inches of concrete below the ground level and 1 inch extending beyond gro
