Description - Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a Limited Competition basis with Antenna Research Associates, Incorporated (ARA) and ARA resellers, for the issuance of a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
