Description - Description: The purpose of this intellectual services contract is to monitor and lead two Planned Housing Improvement and Urban Renewal Operations (OPAH-RU). The first is targeted on the perimeter of downtown Montbrison. The second is a multi-site O PAH-RU targeted on the perimeters of the town centers of Saint-Bonnet-le-Château, Sury-le-Comtal and Boën-sur-Lignon.
