Description - Description: The province of Groningen wants to work towards one coherent CMS platform in which all provincial websites, including the State of Groningen (DSVG), are managed, hosted and further developed. The current fragmented situation with multipl e systems and suppliers increases complexity and limits the strength. For that reason, a phased approach is chosen: first a controlled migration to one stable environment under the direction of the contractor, then a redesign based on a joint analysis, and ultimately the further integration of DSVG within the provincial web environment.
