Description - Description: The proposed development will constitute of a new two-way cycle track along the R147, moving from the eastern side of the road to the western side near Swan Lane. Key features include construction of cycle tracks that are segregated from traffic, improving footpaths, upgrading junctions for better pedestrian and cyclist access, and landscaping works at the 5th Province area to improve the gateway to the time. There will also be enhancements to bus stops along the route. The overall scope of the project includes various civil works necessary to implement the final proposals, inclusive of but not limited to; Site Clearance Construction of drainage and restoration of existing sewer
