Description - Description: Mackay Regional Council (Council) requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the following Services as ‘whole of site operations for the Bluewater Lagoon.i. Café operations;ii. Lifeguarding; andiii. Pool attendant.Th e Bluewater Lagoon offers a variety of features and facilities including: three (3) separate swimming la-goons, interactive play equipment, shady picnic areas and spaces suitable for large community events and gatherings. The venue includes both natural and manmade shade areas with barbecues and a café. The venue has a water area of approximately 2,732 m² and a total volume of 1,980m3 over a greater venue footprint of approximately 11,681 m².I
