Description - Description: The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a business framework contract as a result of the procurement procedure. The Customer shall be entitled to send an ad hoc order to the Contractor for 12 months from the date of entry into fo rce of the contract or, if it occurs earlier, until the amount is exhausted. If the amount is not fully exhausted by the Contracting Authority for a period of 12 months open in the contract, the contracting authority shall reserve the right to extend the above 12 months for an additional 12 months- but not more than the amount.
