Description - Description: In the framework of a framework sales contract, the maintenance and repair of asphalt milling and asphalt spreading machines necessary for the performance of the national road maintenance tasks defined by the legislation, with the purcha se of spare parts, as well as the provision of factory spare parts independent of the repair in 2 parts for a period of 12 months. The contractual validity lasts until the date of exhaustion of the framework amount. If the framework amount is not fully exhausted during its 12-month period, the Procuring Entity reserves the right to unilaterally extend the duration of the contract by another 12 months - but no more than until the framework amount
