Description - Description: The scope of the assignment concerns the supply of earth-moving equipment, including associated maintenance, inspections and, where necessary, the temporary rental of machines with main CPV code: 43200000-5 Earth-moving and excavating ma chines, and associated parts. The option consists of purchasing/renting both new and used equipment.Within 6 weeks after the effective date of the framework agreement, the contracting authority will rent a 6 to 7 tonne mobile excavator (see Price Sheet cell B14) from the contractor.
