Description - Description: The State of Connecticut Department of Social Services (“DSS” or ”Department”) is issuing an RFA for services to assist Limited English Proficient (“LEP”) persons with activities and services to remove Barriers to Self-Suffic iency (“BSS”), defined for the purposes of this RFA as: economic strain, employment challenges, educational challenges, and lack of access to the Department’s services that hinder a person’s ability to become self-supporting due to their LEP.
