Description - Description: The subject of the public contract is the liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of public transport vehicles for 2026–2027, to the extent and in accordance with the tender documentation and law.In accordance with the p rovisions of Section 101 of the Act, the contracting authority distributed a public contract into the following parts:a) Part 1 - “Liability insurance for damage caused by rail vehicles”These are fleet insurance 311 pcs of rail vehicles - especially trams within the meaning of Act No. 266/1994 Coll., On Railways.b) Part 2 - “Liability insurance for damage caused by buses”It is a fleet insurance of 330 buses within the meaning of Act No. 1
