Description - Description: Amendment 0001 is to replace Sections C-3 and C-4.3.2 in the SOW with the following.C-3 SUBMITTALS. Certified quality (abrasion loss, soundness, and petrographic test results) and gradation test results of surfacing material shall be sub mitted to the Technical Point of Contact (TPC) for approval prior to shipment.C-4.3.2 Testing.
