Description - Description: Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for Oshkosh Defense LLC to provide, on a sole source basis, a ten (10) day JTLV Maintenance and Troubleshooting course of instruction. Oshkosh Defense LLC is the Original Equipment M anufacturer (OEM) of the JTLV and the sole provider of the factory authorized training on Oshkosh equipment.
