Description - Description: TVT Asunnot Oy requested offers for apartment repairs for the contract period ending on 30 September 2027.The acquisition applies to apartment repairs, which are made in both populated and empty apartments. The works are varying degrees of painting, floor covering and equipment repair, as well as renewals for furniture, waterproofing and tiling, as well as repairs to HVAC and other building components. Renovation of entire houses and other comprehensive repairs are not included in this acquisition.About 2,000 work is done every year.
